Jack Nichols received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1958 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida in 1965. He has completed several post-graduate trial courses. He has been Board Certified as a civil trial lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Florida Bar. Jack Nichols has conducted civil jury trials in federal district courts and state courts throughout Central Florida. He has handled appeals in the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and state appellate courts and the Florida Supreme Court.
